A native Texan from a ranching family, Tom spent over a decade building enterprise technology, rising to the C-suite and launching the fiber-optics division that outlived the company that started it. He came to the cattle world through a conviction about real food, sound money, and self-reliance, and now brings the network, the genetics connections, and the builder's drive to help make El Salvador's beef among the best anywhere.
